Decision-making on complex challenges is under increasing pressure. There is a structural shortage of people, space and time. At the same time, many societal challenges require strategic choices. But how do you make those choices? And how do you move from analysis to action and tangible impact? In practice, we often see the following challenges in decision-making:

Decision-making can be too slow, preventing meaningful progress. Equally, it can move too quickly, causing important information, stakeholder interests or consequences to be overlooked.
