Diana Vonk Noordegraaf
I am Diana Vonk Noordegraaf, senior consultant Strategy and Policy at TNO Vector. As systems engineer with policy analysis and management expertise (PhD), I have been engaged in applied scientific research and consultancy in the fields of welfare beyond GDP, policy & governance, urban living environment and strategy & innovation for over 15 years.
I have extensive experience in understanding the potential societal effects of technologies, innovations and transitions. Impact only occurs when a concept is implemented in practice and embedded in policies. Developing the knowledge and skills needed for this together with our partners energizes me. In my work, I connect strategy and governance with technical and methodological knowledge. This is often in a multi-stakeholder and multidisciplinary context in which I design and manage complex decision-making processes and the interactions between disciplines.
