Building programmes together in which new connections between parties, technology and business models meet gives me energy.
I work a lot in the built environment where the energy transition, the circular transition and digitalisation require new connections between parties. I help draw up future visions and agendas, initiate programmes and help governments and companies take the next step with practical results.
With experience from high-over to applied at ministries, provinces, municipalities, hospitals, housing associations, industry associations and from large companies to SMEs), I look at what steps are needed and how we can do it.
Do we challenge the market with an innovation-based tender? Do we organise a pre-competitive collaboration programme? Or is it better to start working directly with experts; I am happy to help you... with a plan of approach, a trajectory or an exploration of how we can make a contribution to a more sustainable built environment look like; together with my 3500+ colleagues at TNO.
