Caroline Schipper
I am Caroline Schipper, senior economist/consultant at TNO Vector. As Spatial Economist, I deal with providing advance insight into the potential spatial impacts of the mobility and energy transition in particular.
I do this by working with my TNO colleagues, various partners and stakeholders to clarify the distributional effects of policies, both in space and time and on population groups. I get energy from communicating these insights to the outside world in a comprehensible way, thus contributing to the substantive debate around welfare beyond GDP. In this way, together we optimize the impact of innovations on the broad welfare of all Dutch people.
