Andrea Kerstens

Moving forward together: that is at the core of my work. At TNO Vector, I support organisations that want to develop joint innovations in areas such as digitalisation, circularity, sustainable energy and agri-food. I bring structure, clarity and momentum to projects where many partners need to align.
I use methods such as business modelling, design thinking, value chain analysis, ecosystem mapping, and action research.
Through TNO, I am also a PhD candidate at Delft University of Technology. My research focuses on how actors that act as orchestators or innovation intermediaries can strengthen and accelerate collaboration between partners. The aim is to understand what truly works in practice when multiple organisations aim to develop joint innovations.
