Roald Suurs
Ik ben Roald Suurs, onderzoeker en adviseur bij TNO Vector. Mijn rol is afwisselend die van analist, integrator en/of strategisch adviseur. Op dit moment werk ik met name aan projecten op het gebied van industrietransformatie.
Qua opleiding en academische vorming beschik ik over kennis en ervaring op het gebied van systemische innovatie en transities. Tijdens mijn promotietraject heb ik me gespecialiseerd in de opbouw en opschaling van innovatie (eco) systemen. Bij TNO pas ik deze kennis toe door bij te dragen aan het versnellen van en (mede) richting geven aan duurzame innovaties op het niveau van waardeketens en socio-technische systemen. Ik combineer daarbij graag meerdere disciplines binnen en buiten TNO Vector.
Samenwerking in doelgerichte multidisciplinaire teams is daarbij niet alleen essentieel maar ook inspirerend en leuk. Meer specifiek houd ik me bezig met de opschaling van het innovatie (eco) systeem rondom elektrolysetechnologie en de ontwikkeling van de daarvoor benodigde maakindustrie.
