How long does TNO Vector keep your personal data?
After you have filled out the contact form, your data will be removed from the website database after two months. A retention period of 10 years applies to the correspondence that follows the completion of the contact form.
If you have subscribed to the newsletter, your data will be stored as long as the newsletter is being sent out. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter. Your data will be promptly deleted in that case.
How does TNO Vector secure your personal data?
TNO considers it very important that the personal data you provide is treated and secured with the greatest possible care. In order to optimally protect your personal data against loss, theft, unauthorized access or incorrect use, TNO takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
These measures include measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data through physical, technical (access) controls. When using personal data in research TNO makes sure the research data is pseudonymized whenever possible.
Does TNO give personal data to other organisations?
The data you have provided in the contact form and when subscribing to the newsletter will remain with TNO and will not be shared with others.
