Temporary replacement of Wimar Bolhuis during special leave
Wimar Bolhuis has been nominated as a candidate for the upcoming Dutch parliamentary elections. In the run-up to the elections, he will be actively involved in campaigning, which is classified within TNO as ancillary activities. TNO generally takes a positive view of ancillary activities, including serving as a public representative.
At the same time, the integrity and independence of TNO as a knowledge and innovation organisation must remain safeguarded. Therefore, Wimar has fully transferred his responsibilities and external contacts for the duration of his political activities, which will continue until 30 October.
During this period, the tasks with TNO Vector and the external representation of TNO Vector will be carried out by:

- Anne Fleur van Veenstra, Director of Science
