Victor Haze
My name is Victor Haze, I work as an Innovation Orchestrator Digitalization at TNO Vector. I work in the field of triple helix, public-private or ecosystemic developments. This often involves projects that bring market and technology closer together. I have done this in (health) care, for robotics, medical devices and digital health. But also within the manufacturing and semiconductor industry.
Nowadays I am active in the field of data strategy, AI factories, bilateral innovation pacts and European LLMs. This is always in the role of driver, supporter, innovation manager. I find this variety interesting and this gives me energy. In addition, I like to take examples from different angles and insights into new environments.
By developing joint insights into the challenges that play a role within these complex fields, I create collaborations, creating new projects, products and initiatives. I always try to set up the change moving from triple helix to a pentagon model.
I always do this with the perspective and mindset of a 'designer'. I use design and systems thinking in my solution directions.
I am convinced that today's multifaceted challenges can only benefit from a multidisciplinary team and a holistic view. Finding solutions with governments, industry and science gives a lot of energy and impact.
