Shanita Rambharos
I am Shanita Rambharos and I work as an innovation policy consultant at TNO Vector. My work revolves around developing and applying mission-driven and transformative innovation policies that contribute to societal transitions, such as sustainability and digitalisation.
What motivates me is building bridges between science and practice. I support policymakers and other stakeholders in understanding and addressing complex societal issues.
In my role, I work closely with colleagues within TNO and with external partners. Before my time at TNO, I was a policy officer at the Province of Zuid-Holland. I bring the knowledge and experience I gained there into my current work where I make the connection between policy, practice and innovation.
