Monique Rijkers
I am Monique Rijkers, Deputy Research Manager and Innovation Orchestrator at TNO Vector. In my work at TNO I combine the role of deputy department head of the Strategic Business Analysis department with an innovation management role in the field of making the industry more sustainable.
My mission is to make the energy-intensive industry more sustainable; I do this by developing and leading public-private innovation partnerships. In doing so, I focus on transition issues at a global and local level.
I am strong in building bridges between people, functions and organizations, stakeholder management in technical and commercial scope. Experienced in managing the individual as well as in managing cross-functional teams within and outside the organization. My understanding of the political, cultural and technological climate helps me achieve the objectives. I stand for the core values of delivering according to promise and positivity.
