I’m Miriam Veronesi, Innovation Orchestrator at TNO Vector. The approach I adopt is scalable, ensuring that the partnership can grow and adapt over time to deliver tangible outcomes.
I studied international business and I have been working in ICT for the last 25 years in various roles. As innovation orchestrator at Vector, my primary role is to establish and oversee complex public-private partnerships that leverage the collective power of multiple parties to achieve impact that would be unattainable individually. This involves bringing the involved parties together at a strategic level and designing a collaborative framework that aligns their shared goals while considering their individual interests.
What makes my role so interesting is that through orchestration I contribute in tackling major societal challenges such as digitization or the development of a circular economy. Ultimately, the goal is to achieve measurable impact on both business and society.
