I’m Lisa van Nieuwpoort, a consultant and researcher Digital Society at TNO Vector. With a background in Public Administration and a specialization in digital innovation, I explore how fast‑moving technologies interact with organizational structures and cultures: how they strengthen each other, but also where they create friction.
In my work, I’m driven by the question of how public organizations can confidently navigate an increasingly digital world. Through current and practice validated research, I aim to support government policy in a landscape that often feels complex or overwhelming.
