Joris Vierhout

I am Joris Vierhout, economist at Strategic Business Analysis within TNO Vector. Prior to this, I worked as budget coordinator at the Ministry of Finance and studied Economic Development and Globalization at the University of Groningen. Within Vector, I focus on various societal issues such as strategic autonomy, the new energy system, and the National Technology Strategy. I find energy in translating research insights into clear advice. In doing so, I collaborate extensively with colleagues within TNO, other research organizations, and the government.
