Bart Kaas
I work as an energy consultant at TNO Vector and have a background in Mechanical Engineering and Systems & Control, with more than ten years of experience in the energy domain. My work focuses on the future functioning of the energy system, with particular attention to electricity and the role of energy flexibility.
As an Innovation Orchestrator, I collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and bring together different perspectives and expertise—such as digitalization, regional cooperation, market design, and the challenges of grid congestion faced by companies and households.
