Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) are expected to play an increasingly important role in future energy markets. They are seen as one of the most important tools in the EU electricity market reform, both to decrease price volatility and to increase bankability of future renewable projects. Next to that, the delegated act on green hydrogen specifically mentions PPAs in the additionality requirement as a condition for hydrogen production to be considered green.

Mobility as a Service (MaaS) has been actively discussed and debated over the last decade with various pilots in place throughout the globe. The technology-driven, innovation pushing and app-centric MaaS 1.0 (1996-2020) is not necessarily a doomed concept, just a relatively new one. To make it work, it requires a different way of organizing the ecosystem around it, setting up business and value cases that actually work, and a shift in ownership and roles within the MaaS-landscape.

This is the second version of the TRANSCEND Toolbox. It is meant to be used and evaluated in the first pilot activities: Disaster Resilience, Fighting Crime and Terrorism, and Cybersecurity. The Toolbox will be further developed, based on findings from these pilot activities, in an iterative process. The next version of the Toolbox, Version 3, is planned for month 24, and will be used in the Border Management pilot activities.

R&D-uitgaven zijn daarnaast een belangrijk instrument om de grote maatschappelijke transities waar we voor staan mogelijk te maken, en (daarmee) de brede welvaart te verhogen.

This document provides the current status of task 3.2.3, the Capacity Building Framework (CBF). The aim of the NZC's CBF is to empower Portal users to reach climate neutrality in their city (region) through a process of continuous development and the application of their skills and knowledge via collaborative learning processes.
