Description

Join the introduction of the core principles of ecosystem orchestration and discuss some of the most common challenges professionals face when building and managing public-private collaborations.

We will cover topics such as stakeholder alignment, governance design and sustainable value creation, while offering a preview of how the Orchestrating Innovation programme helps participants develop the skills and tools needed to address these challenges in practice.

Sustainable ecosystems

Sustainable ecosystems are not held together by funding alone. They require strong stakeholder alignment, effective governance structures and a shared understanding of long-term value creation.

If you are working on a public-private innovation initiative, you may recognise these challenges. How do you align diverse stakeholders around a common goal? What governance structures support effective collaboration? And how can you create lasting value for all partners involved?

Learning programme

In May, we welcomed the 10th cohort of Orchestrating Innovation, our executive programme developed in collaboration with Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Fourteen professionals from organisations such as InnovationQuarter, ROM Utrecht, NWO, and Provincie Gelderland have joined the programme to strengthen and develop public-private ecosystems within their own fields.
