Cass Chideock
My name is Cass Chideock and I’m a Deputy Research Manager and Senior Consultant in TNO Vector. In my work at TNO I combine people management with a senior consultant role in projects typically concerning innovation and SMEs or public sector ICT.
I have a PhD in History (Cambridge) and for the first twenty years of my career, I was a senior civil in the Cabinet Office within the UK’s government, specializing in programme management, public sector data and technology policy and procurement policy, particularly concerning procurement from SMEs. I get most energy from helping a team deliver a great project, from translating complex advice, and in contributing to resolving a difficult question: how should the EU learn about use of GovTech? How should we work with SMEs to drive up innovation across the Netherlands and Europe?
